How to Accept Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Brand Registry Authorized User Invitation

Description: This SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) will guide you on accepting the Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Brand Registry Authorized User Invitation sent from the client.

 

Step-by-step instructions

 

Step 1: Seller Central and Vendor Central Authorized User Invitation

 

Go to the Amazon-Invites channel slack channel.

  1. Check what marketplace the invitation is sent from by hovering the mouse cursor on the Invitation Link, then click “Link” to accept the invitation.

  2. Double-check what marketplace you are going to accept.

  1. Sign in using the log-in email where the invitation is sent.

  2. Select the correct marketplace of the invitation to accept.
    Note: The default marketplace is the US unless otherwise stated.

  3. Copy the Seller Central link after accepting the invitation and update the Airtable Client Manager - Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central Account table. Follow step 10 of this SOP

  4. Comment in the thread that you have accepted the invitation and added it to Airtable.

Step 2: How to accept Brand Registry Authorized User Invitation

  1. From the Amazon-Invites channel, put a checkmark on the invite that is going to accept.

  2. Click the Link of the brand registry invites

Log in to the brand registry using the email login where the invite is sent. Use the 1Password to sign in.

Ensure to double-check the email and brand to be accepted and then click Accept Invitation. You can only do this once. If you mistakenly accepted the invites, you have to email back to the client to resend the invites with an explanation of the reason for the request.

After acceptance, you will be routed to the email log-in brand registry. The newly accepted brand will appear in the list of Registered brands after 15 minutes after accepting the invitation.

Go to this SHEET and update the Brand Name and Brand Registry Access Login columns.
