Amazon Damaged and Lost Inventory Reimbursements

 

Lost Items

1.-Go in your Amazon account Reports>Fulfillment > Show More under Inventory > Inventory Adjustments > Download > Exact Dates (Go back as far as you can) > Request CSV Download > Filter Reason to M, 5 > Filter unreconciled to 1 or more > Delete Duplicates under Data (FNSKU)

2.- Go to this link:

3.- Copy each FNSKU at the bottom, and request reimbursement. This will most often be instant reimbursement to your account.

 

Damaged Items

1- Reimbursement for damaged inventory is a similar process – you can use the exact same list but go to > unreconciled and select all > Filter Reason to 6,7,E,H,K,U> Filter unreconciled to 1 or more > Delete Duplicates under Data (FNSKU)

2.- Go to this link again:

3.- Copy each transaction ID in the box under “check warehouse damaged reimbursement status”, and request reimbursement.

This will obviously only works for FBA skus so if you get a drop down menu to choose a sku, pick the FBA sku
