Check if any of our MAG email has access to the client's brand registry. If none, please request access using this guide How to Send a Direct Brand Registry Invite and make sure to indicate the correct email login. (BR access is case sensitive on registered emails) Please ask Saban on what email to use in their BR access

Then follow these steps to change the brand name on Quick Fix
In Seller Central Dashboard
Help > Get Support > Selling on Amazon > Or, browse for your issue in the menu (this is a clickable phrase) > Products, Listings, or Inventory > Fix a product page
Input ASIN then > Fix detail page
Then select “Brand” in the dropdown menu and click next
You may now input the desired brand name then click next and wait for 24hrs for changes to reflect on PDP
In Brand Registry Dashboard
Support > Contact Brand Support > Listing Issue > Request a product detail page change
Input ASIN then click Continue
Then select “Brand” in the dropdown menu and click next
You may now input the desired brand name then click next and wait for 24hrs for changes to reflect on PDP
** If these steps did not proceed, you may now download the CLR or go to Problems Encountered Section of this document.
WARNING: Make sure the client knows that you will delete their listing and their listing will be unavailable for a certain time. Make sure they are cool with that and the time you are doing this.
Create a case to enable reverse feed (CLR).
Go to the Help page and scroll down.
Click on Get Support > Selling on Amazon.
Create a ticket:
“Hi Amazon, Please enable reverse feed (Category listing report). Thank you.”
Click Continue >> My issue not listed >> Account related >> I don’t have an identifier
Select Email and check This issue is urgent and requires immediate attention.
REMINDER: Review the Sale Price, Start Date and End date of the ALL ASIN everytime you upload a full update template. CLR doesn't capture this information.
Download & Upload CLR (Category listing report)
Inventory >> Inventory Reports
Select report type >> Category listing report
Find the ASINs concerned on the CLR and remove all other listings.
Save as a new file and name it “Inventory File - Original”.
Update the “Update Delete” column to “Delete”, update the brand names to the target brand name, and save as a new file “Inventory File - Delete”.
Update the “Update Delete” column to “Update” and save as a new file “Inventory File - Update”.
First, upload the delete file. Wait until the inventory file is processed +15 mins and upload the update file.
If the inventory file is processed successfully, the brand name should be updated. Check within 24 hours. If the brand name is updated on the product detail page, complete the task. If not, proceed below.
If the inventory file is not processed successfully, upload “Inventory File - Original”. Make sure all listings are uploaded successfully back to the inventory. If not:
Click on: Complete Drafts
Click on Edit Draft for each listing:
Update the brand name to match the value in the Amazon catalog.
Save and Finish.
After listings are created, go back to the inventory file “Inventory File - Update”. Delete all fields except Required Fields. Update the “Update Delete” column to “PartialUpdate”. Save as a new file “Inventory File - PartialUpdate”. Upload this inventory file.
Make sure all listings are uploaded successfully back to the inventory. If not, let your manager know immediately.

>> Enter your phone number and click "Call me now".
Explain to the catalog team that the product listing has the wrong brand name and it should be fixed. They will ask for the photos of the proof of the target brand name. While you are on the phone, go to the case log and open the latest case “Case created from inbound call”. Attach the photos of the packaging to the case and submit. Amazon rep will be able to see the photos now. They will update the brand name. Check the brand name within 24 hours and confirm. If there are any other issues, contact your supervisor.
