Description

Below is a list of steps you will need to complete when filing a negative product review removal. Each one will be explained in this SOP

Instructions

  1. Log in to the seller central account.

  2. Make sure you are in the correct Account.

Hover your mouse on the upper right corner and click ‘Help’.

  1. Open a case by clicking ‘Get Support’ in the help page.

  2. Select ‘Selling on Amazon’.

  3. Then click ‘Or, browse for your issue in the menu’.

  4. Select ‘Products, Listings, or Inventory’.

  5. Click ‘Products, Listings, or Inventory’ then select ‘Product Reviews’ in the drop down selection list.

  • Describe your issue by providing the necessary information and provide a short description of your request.

  • Change the email address and put your personal @mag employee’s email address to receive updates from Amazon Seller Support and to monitor the case.
