Select correct marketplace and enter ASIN:
Select the hijackers on the list. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS
Click on “Patent Infringement” under the “Select issue type” dropdown menu:
Select the option according to your patent Design or Utility:
Select your brand name and select that you have a patent number
Describe how the competitor is breaking your patent.
Template: (You need to modify this in accordance with your patent)
“We have a design or utility patent for my brand [Name of Brand] and we believe [Competitor] with ASIN [NUMBER] is violating our patent as their products have the same characteristics as our products & patent. Please remove the product infringing the patent.”
