Appeal the Claim
Click Appeal Claim Button beside the A-Z Claim
Write Out and Submit Appeal
All appeals need to be as detailed as possible and contain the following information:
Ship Date
Delivery date
Tracking Information
Proof of delivery (If applicable)
Any relevant information the combats the claim (Communication between seller and customer, requests for refunds, etc.)
Policies the company implements that prevent issues from occurring.
All appeals need to be unique to the claim and thoroughly refute whatever claim is being made against the company. Here is an example of a good claim response for item not as described after 30 days.
“Order was shipped on (date) with tracking number (xxxx) by carrier (carrier name), it can be tracked on this link: (link to online tracking). The order was delivered on (date). The items were exactly as described in the listing. According to the Amazon policy, a buyer can return items within 30 days since delivery. The buyer did not return the items within the return time frame. Since the order is no longer eligible to be returned, please close this claim. Thank you”
